Welcome to SoCTA2025 at Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, Punjab INDIA. :: Paper submission is OPEN till 30 September 2025. :: The Conference will be organized in a Hybrid Format. :: The after-conference proceeding of the SoCTA2025 will be published in Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, SpringerNature (Scopus Indexed proceedings) (Approved).

Registration

Each regular registration may cover a maximum of two papers.
Each regular registration includes attendance to all technical sessions, including tutorials, workshops, plenary talks and special session as well as social events, including banquet, coffee breaks, and lunches the conference
An accepted paper will be published in the conference proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied by the payment of at least one regular registration
The maximum length of each regular paper is ten (10) pages. Authors may extend their paper by up to five (5) additional pages. An additional charge of ₹1000 (or $10) per page will be applicable for each extra page.

Registration Fee

One registration will cover only one paper (upto 10 Pages in SpringerNature Format). Authors may include additional pages beyond this limit upto 15 pages by paying over-length page charges. The over-length page charge is US$10 per page for foreign authors and INR 1000 per page for Indian authors, payable at the time of author registration.

- If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered.

- Students (UG/PG Students and only Full time Research/PhD Scholars) have to submit their scanned copy of the ID card along with the Registration form to avail the deduction. When the students are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original Student ID card and Bonafide certificate from the Head of the Institution/Department.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
