Authors must use the template for submitting their papers while strictly following the guidelines provided here http://www.elsevier.com/journals/procedia-computer-science/1877-0509/guide-for-authors. All guidelines and documents pertaining to the submission process can be found in the webpage http://www.journals.elsevier.com/procedia-computer-science

Please ensure that all the figures are of 300 DPI resolutions.

For Latex users:Latex users need not submit an MS word file. Instead, they need to include the source files in a folder and include this folder in the camera ready zip file submitted.

Following are the details need to be furnished in Consent to publish (Copyright) form:

  • Series Title: Procedia Computer Science - Elsevier* (In Process)
  • Title of Book/Volume/Conference: Soft Computing: Theories and Applications
  • Editor(s) name(s): Millie Pant, Tarun K. Sharma, Rajesh Singla, Om Prakash Verma.

Further, please submit a zip folder that includes Final manuscript in PDF and in MS Word/Latex at socta2016@gmail.com with a subject line: SoCTA_PaperID_# of paper for e.g. SoCTA_PaperID_01.

Kindly complete the registration process in time and mail us the scanned copy of the payment proof at socta2016@gmail.com. Mention payment_proof_PaperID in subject line and also fill the registration form available on Registration page of website.

The page limit for a full-length paper is 06 pages. Per extra page Rs. 1000/- (Indian Author) need to be included in the registration fee. For Foreign author USD 25/page need to paid.


Copyright Form

Elsevier has now automated the exclusive license transfer process. The copyright form will be directly sent to the Authors by Elsevier during production of the proceedings. As soon as Elsevier receives the final article, an acknowledgment letter containing a hyperlink to the Procedia exclusive licence agreement transfer page is sent to the Authors. Authors are requested to assign their license within 3 days of receiving the acknowledgement letter. The Publisher shall not include a paper in the Procedia unless authors submit a signed Procedia license agreement directly to Elsevier.


IMPORTANT !

Each paper must have a corresponding registered author to be included in the proceedings. Papers that do not have an associated registered author will not be included in the proceedings. The deadline for author registration is given on the Conference Home Page so be sure to register by that time to ensure that your paper is included in the proceedings. Please ensure that you complete your registration early.

If FINAL ACCEPTED PAPER is found to have plagiarized, the paper will be removed from the proceedings. (Restrict the Similarity Index below 20%)
